- Extensive diary management
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Reviewing all correspondence coming to GM office accordingly and recommending action from recipient before assigning. Only bring issues of high importance to Channel Director
- Take administrative action as required to correspond with other departments, local authorities, government bodies, outside agencies; gather information and carry out follow up action as appropriate
- Attend and manage all access to Channel director office and incoming calls
- Plan and coordinate all meetings and events related To Channel director
- Record, distribute minutes of meetings and generate follow up and recap emails for all Channel Director meetings
- Maintain diaries and schedule appointments
- Responsible for travel arrangements
- Conduct research for documents and reports where required.
- Maintain data base in all incoming tasks and invoices and contacts
- Assist and support any projects originating in ATV2
- Work on Presentations related to management and Channel director
- Generate Monthly reports as required by Channel director.
- Any other tasks and adhoc project assigned by line manager as and when required
Skills
- 5 years relevant experience providing support to senior managers and stake holders
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint software. Visio and other software’s are an added value
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Bachelors degree required
- Excellent English and Arabic language
